3 Tips To Release & Trust Your Intuition

1. Let go of hurt and pain
We are shaped by circumstances, environment, child upbringing, etc. The most harmful thing we can do is to stay stuck, ignorant and believe that ‘we aren't worthy’. Our ego loves to ‘try’ to rule us. First step is to ACCEPT everything that has happened. I'm learning to love and accept my mom for who she is. I’m practicing gratitude for everything she done for me. I can’t "blame" my mom for MY adult choices. Resentment is poison. If you don't let go of that poison, it will hold you back and continue to block your intuition. Instead, fill up that space with love and forgiveness.

2. Listen to your gut

Move forward, instead of daydreaming in self-doubt. Typically we do what we think we are "supposed" to do instead of simply following our gut. Trust yourself. You are equipped with some pretty cool tools to guide your life in the right path.

3. Meditation

I LOVE to meditate. I heard it best described as, “the space we find in between, where one thought ends and another one hasn't quite yet begun”. We can rest, reflect, and heal in that pure, calm, quiet space.

The Intuition Principle

Live an intuitively inspired life
Does exerting less effort to accomplish your goals appeal to you? Are you tired of over-thinking everything and still feeling unsure about making the right choice? If you answered yes to either of these questions then you might want to think about developing your intuition and psychic abilities, also known as extrasensory perception or the sixth sense. You wouldn’t know it from your everyday life, but you are much more extraordinary than you think you are. Your consciousness exists on many more levels than you are aware of and has access to an infinite realm of intelligence at all times. When you access this Greater Intelligence and infinite source of creativity, you become better at solving problems and making decisions, which contributes to your success in life. Developing and using your intuition is a very practical skill to have. Intuition, which includes psychic ability, opens up a wider range of thought processes. You are able to tap into what Swiss psychologist Carl Jung called the‚ collective unconscious, and what I refer to as Greater Intelligence. Jungs‚ collective unconscious presupposed that humanity had access to a vast storehouse of universal knowledge. This field of greater intelligence is the source of true knowledge. When you tap into the collective unconscious you will spontaneously begin to receive answers to questions that have been plaguing you for a very long time.

What is an intuitively inspired life
To live an intuitively inspired life is to be aligned with your intuitive wisdom. When we are aligned with this wisdom, we naturally gravitate toward those activities that honor our authenticity. Our path and true purpose become clear as we allow intuition to lead us. Conventional thinking no longer sways us; rather, we are moved to share our true talents and gifts with the world in loving service.

Your intuition brings the world & your dreams
When we learn to go within to look for answers and guidance, we are accessing the source of our very power and of everything that is made manifest in our world. This power runs in, around, and through everything in the entire universe. Without it animating us, our body is nothing more than a lifeless shell.

The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.”

Weekly Bible Devotion- Monday

A couple of months ago I bought a really good book called, "The Women's Devotional guide to the Bible"

It's been sitting here getting dusty so I figured I would put it to use. It's designed to have one focus or topic for an entire week. Each day having to do a different exercise or insight, going deeper into the message. In all honesty, I've been having some trouble some times lately. Trials and tribulations. I flipped to the Topical Index. I looked under troubles/ tribulations/hardship/suffering.

Week 20: The Story of Job

Today being Monday, my assignment, in italics, stated "Reading the Word". Under that were these Job scriptures: 1-3; 10:1-7; 16:1-5; 19:23-27; 38:1-15; 42

Monday is outlined into 4 sections:
1) THE STORY
2) THE MESSAGE
3) THE MAIN POINT

4) CONCLUSION

     {Hmmmm....I like the layout already. Ok here goes day #1....}

1) THE STORY
Job hurt EVERYWHERE. His wealth and health were gone, he suffered painful sores, but the agony of losing all of his children in a windstorm was much more unbearable. Trying to understand what happened all that would escape his mouth was a deep, ragged, mourning moan. Moments later, Job collapsed to the ground in devastating despair.

2) THE MESSAGE
During the story of Job, amongst the pain, accusations, and tragedy...God remained "behind the scenes". He watched it all unfold yet not once did He step in to fix it. He did however eventually speak. God reassured Job that He loved him and believed he was blameless. At his darkest hour, Job was humbled by God's words. It helped him recognize that GOD WAS BIGGER than all his questions. (Job 42:1-6)

3) THE MAIN POINT
Hold onto to God's promises. Take Him at His word. God says he will work "all things together for GOOD to those who love God." (Romans 8:28) He means it!! I must remember that in the middle of my troubles, my storm... I am NOT alone. God is with me. And even better, He is WILLING, if I will allow it. Allow Him to turn my troubles into triumphs, my mess into a message.

4) CONCLUSION

This was the PERFECT message for me to hear/read today. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's devotion, studying deeper into the story of Job and applying His Word to my life.

DIY Nails- PART 2! (step by step)

Step 1: Here are your blah, ugly, plain, desperate nails. Screaming help me! Help me!

Step 2: File each nail to give it a rough feel.

Step 3: Apply cuticle cream for 5 min, rinse.

Step 4: Push back cuticles with your cuticle stick.

Step 5: Apply a SMALL drop of nail glue to base of fake nail.

Step 6: Glue all remaining nails on!

Step 7: File more...and

Buff some more!

Step 8: There's light @ the end of the tunnel!

Step 9: Apply basecoat to each nail. Let dry.

I personally like the basecoat by "Sinful Colors"

Step 10: Have FUN! Apply stickers, colored or clear nail polish, do whatever your hearts desire. Go ahead and knock yourself out. YOLO.

I use any old cheap clear top coat. This "LA Colors" dollar store one works just fine.

Drum roll please...the final result...
