5 days til CHRISTMAS!!!
#1. I was rushed because my boyfriend had to be at work at a certain time.
#2. I was STILL getting soaked WITH having the umbrella. Smh.
#3. Shoppers at Walmart are just wild and not courteous. Ever.
#3 (part 2). Walmart has 3 lanes open.
At Christmas time. Really? Thanks Sam Walton. You greedy bastard.
Then I went to Dollar Tree and I wanted one of EVERYTHING. They have some really good stuff there. But Rod is calling me asking where am I, so I quickly make my selections and dash home. Almost slipping & busting my buttons in the parking lot, mind you. But we won't talk about that.
I get home, unload the goods, kiss the boyfriend off to work...
and get to organizing.....
I quickly put on Pandora on the blue ray. My station right now is Amy Grant Holiday. :)
Skip ahead a few hours cause basically I got lazy...
My honey comes home from work with my fave- Pappas BBQ!

Detox Bath
I decided to try this detox bath I found on PINTEREST.
Ingredients:
●Epsom salt
●Apple cider vinegar
●Baking soda
●Ginger
●Green tea bags (2)
●Lavender oil
Instructions:
Run a hot bath and dump all the junk in the tub. And then soak for 40 MIN.
YEAH. RIGHT.
I was DYING after 20 min. Well the "science" of the detox is that "supposedly" during the first 20 min, your body is releasing the toxins. Then the last 20 min, your body absorbs the minerals from the water. I can proudly say I lasted 25 min! Something in the ginger causes your body to start getting tingly and an overall internal heated feeling. My face was blood red. Lol. I took a selfie of my face mid way. I will think about posting it later. Maybe.
But overall--- I really enjoyed it. Very relaxing, and the whole subconscious thing kicked in where you truly "believe" it's gotta be doing something, right? So that feels good. :)
I lay here now on the couch with the fan blowing on my face. I'm on my 2nd bottle of water. My body tension is less.
I give my experience 3 out of 4 stars. :)☆☆☆
And I would recommend anyone trying it.
***Disclaimer: Unless, of course, you have a health concern requiring a Dr's consult first. Be safe.
Approaching 2015, my perspective is:
ANY step you make to improve your overall health and well being (no matter how big or small) = EFFORT. Which therefore equals = developing healthy habits & lifestyle changes to make YOU a BETTER YOU!
I love a quote I heard:
This one involves weight, but you could apply it to any area of struggle you may face.
"LOSING WEIGHT IS HARD. BEING FAT IS HARD. CHOOSE YOUR HARD."
Bam! Now that is what it's all about.
BIG things coming in 2015. BRING IT ON!
I will attempt to stay in the full 40 min detox bath next time. But no promises. ;) lol.
Make small goals.
XO, Annie
It's been awhile...
Yeah yeah yeah. I was gone awhile. Couldn't focus. No motivation. Life happens. Blah blah blah.

I have recently revisited my love for writing. Goes to show you that "Your true passion never dies". <<<<I wonder if I could copyright © that quote. Hmmmm....Nah, probably not. Ok Annie get back on track. Focus. He he he. What was I saying? Ah... yes...writing. I may have taken a vacay from the online, journaling, blogging technique for awhile- but I can proudly boast that I have completed 2.5 paper journals in the meantime. Yes. Almost 3 books both sides of each page. It took alot of elbow grease and Redbull. :)
Here are a few of the hundreds of pages:

------And more...

Wowzers was that ALOT of work. But I loved every minute of it. I had craft paper, construction paper, hardstock paper, sketch paper, notebook paper, big scissors, small scissors, jagged- fancy cutting scissors, scotch tape, washi tape, duct tape, glue sticks, glue guns,
~~~~ you name an art supply, it was included in my big mess, sprawled across the living room floor.
I was on a roll. It was very fun.... but I missed blogging.
I may transition into some more serious topics moving forward. After all, I am almost 32. Life ain't all fun and games anymore. I know. Sucks, right? But that's the beauty of life. Each chapter tells a new story.
